Child Entry
Children under 12 years of age may attend free of charge and will receive the same entitlements as the ticket type held by their accompanying parent or guardian.
Change Date
Ticket holders may switch between the 24 and 25 November 2026 sessions, provided the request is made before 10 November 2026.
After this date, the organiser reserves the right to decline any date change requests.
E-ticket / QR Code
Printing is not required. You may present the QR code on your mobile phone at the registration desk to collect your wristband. A printed copy is also accepted.
Refund & Cancellation
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
The organiser reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.
Travel Agent Rates
Agent discounts are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may vary between agents, starting from 10%.

Start Time & Arrival
All guests must register and collect their wristband at META MALL (Community Mall) between 11:00 AM and 3:45 PM, presenting their ticket confirmation (digital or printed). Shuttles then depart to the venue in waves by ticket tier:

Please be at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before your designated departure time.
Registration closes at 3:45 PM. Early arrival is encouraged.
Meeting Point & Location
After the event, return shuttles bring guests back to META MALL between 8:40 PM and 9:15 PM. The journey takes approximately 30–40 minutes depending on traffic.

| 8:15–8:40 PM | THE MAGIC MOMENT — Release of Sky Lanterns Thousands of lanterns rise in unison into the night sky. |
| 8:40–9:15 PM | Return Transfer to META MALL (Community Mall) Shuttles depart continuously from the venue exit. Journey time is approximately 30–40 minutes. |
Food & Beverage
Meals are provided according to each ticket package during the Dining Experience, 5:00–7:00 PM: a curated menu of traditional and contemporary dishes inspired by Northern Thai flavours, with a range of options to suit different dietary needs.
